I'm not receiving emails from PIVOT Yoga

Think you should be receiving emails from us, but can never find them in your inbox? It's likely that our emails are going into your Spam or Junk folder (it happens often!). 

Check your Spam or Junk folder. To fix this, you'll need to search for help@pivot.yoga in your Spam or Junk folder and label our emails as "Not Spam."  If you use Gmail, this will solve your blocked email issue. 

Check your Blocked Senders list. If you're still not receiving emails from help@pivot.yoga, then it's possible that your email provider—especially Outlook/MSN and Yahoo!—listed us as a Blocked Sender. In this case, you'll need to check your Blocked Senders list and manually unblock help@pivot.yoga. Click on one of the hyperlinks below to access instructions on whitelisting:
