Skip backward in the teaching video

During the class, if you wish to go backward and repeat a pose for any reason -- say, to clarify something or to correct the alignment of your students -- you can do it easily by pressing backward in the video player controls in the left-hand pane of the Teacher app. This will make the video go back to the last pose.
